brad-brownJeremy and Jason, hey guys, just wanted to say thanks for the kick in the rear end! I’ve been sitting on the idea of an online seminar in my niche for over a year now. After your podcast a few weeks ago, I made it happen. We open sales tomorrow.

14 sales in the first hour! Winning!!! Will keep you updated.

Loving it! So far we’re up to 33 and only one promotional email has gone out.

Make that 34!

A few weeks back on the podcast you interviewed Navid who puts on online conferences. I decided I needed to pull the trigger so to speak.

Within a week I had the speakers booked, a week later the sales page was up and another week later now we have 40 people registered.

Will every idea work? No. You’ll only know when you take action.

There is one thing I know about my internet business with 100% certainty. It is this: every idea I have never taken action has failed.

  1. Thanks Jeremy + Jason for a great insight into starting a facebook group. I’ve struggled to get to grips with Facebook for my business until this episode, really appreciate the insight and can’t wait for next episode’s tips and tricks!

  2. Hi Jeremy & Jason —

First of all, thank you for the great content you share every week on your podcast – it’s fantastic and we have learned so much from the two of you. Thanks!!

When I listened to your Facebook Group episode, I found myself nodding and agreeing with what you were saying, but I do have a question/concern. I, like everyone else, am fed up with Facebook Pages not delivering and would absolutely drop it in a minute if Facebook would allow Pages to create/control Facebook Groups. Since Groups are created and connected through a personal profile, it causes a bit of a problem. Since many of us use profiles for personal connections and Pages for business connections, I’m curious to see how you would suggest weaving around that hurdle – or if there is a way to do that.

Is this something you’re going to cover in the follow-up? Would love to hear you thoughts – it would be great to focus more on a Group rather than Pages :)

    Thanks again,
    Jenn
